Facebook Free Logo Design Terms and Conditions

This agreement outlines the terms for the free logo design service provided by Pumpkin Web Design Limited (“Company”).

1. Agreement Terms

This Agreement is effective upon acceptance and remains in effect until the logo design service is completed or terminated by either party.

2. Complimentary Services

The logo design service is provided free of charge at the Company’s discretion. No fees are applicable unless otherwise agreed via email.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created, including the logo design, will be solely owned by the Client. The Company retains no ownership rights. Logos will be designed and provided in PDF, PNG, and JPEG formats.

4. Data Security

The Client is responsible for protecting their data and financial information. The Company is not liable for any data breaches or losses.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s liability for any claims related to the service is limited to £250. The Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

6. Marketing Use

The Client grants the Company a non-exclusive license to use the logo design and related information for promotional purposes. Clients can opt out by emailing a request.

7. Confidential Information

The Client agrees not to disclose or misuse any confidential information of the Company.

8. No Warranties

The Company provides the logo design service “as is” without any warranties.

9. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify the Company against any third-party claims arising from the service.

10. Notices

Notices under this Agreement will be sent via email to the addresses provided by both parties. The Client must maintain a valid email address.

11. Termination

This Agreement can be terminated by either party at any time with written notice.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

13. UK Only

This promotion is exclusively available to residents and businesses within the United Kingdom.

14. Registered Trading Business

The applicant must be a registered, trading business to qualify for this promotion.
